I was shipping a 10 year old Ford Mustang from Miami to Philadelphia for my son who was away at college. The rear spoiler had faded from the sun and did not match the rest of the car making it look rather ugly. I brought it to Alex who gave me a fair and reasonable price and performed the work on time as promised. Did my research before calling Motorcar Paint and Body Shop. Has great reviews on other sites so I called and setup an appt to meet with Alex Areces who is the owner. The fact that Motorcar is a good hands network partner to my insurance company Allstate made the decision to have them handle the repairs much easier. Immediately upon arriving Alex explained to me the entire process and was very detailed which made me very comfortable.. During the week and a half my car was in the shop with him he sent me emails with status updates regularly. The fact that he was reaching out to me with updates instead of the other way around was a huge surprise. In the past, when I’ve had to use a body shop for repair its always been difficult to obtain information but not this time. Upon picking up my vehicle we did a complete walk thru of what parts were replaced and thorouhgly inspected the repair. My vehicle came out looking like new and I am truly impressed in how Alex and his team handle their business. I would recommend him to my family and friends for any repair needs.
